Embrace Your Wild is a holistic programme designed to help children connect with themselves, understand their emotions, and develop tools to manage life's ups and downs. It creates a safe and nurturing space where children can relax, express themselves creatively, and build resilience.
Through Embrace Your Wild, we offer regular drop-in sessions for ongoing support, alongside structured three-week themed programs that focus on key areas such as understanding stress, self-awareness, and emotions. Each session is interactive, inclusive, and play-based, encouraging self-expression and emotional well-being in a fun and engaging way. Whether attending a one-off session or committing to a full program, children will develop valuable skills to help them feel more confident, calm, and connected to themselves.

We believe that every family deserves to feel calm, connected, and confident in supporting their well-being. That’s why we’re here to help children and their families discover simple, fun ways to understand and care for their bodies and minds! Our approach focuses on practical tools that bring a sense of calm to busy days—like self-soothing techniques, the magic of slowing down, and understanding how our nervous system plays a big role in how we feel every day.
Through playful and engaging activities such as yoga-inspired movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and deep relaxation, we guide families in tapping into their own inner strength.
These sessions provide a regular, welcoming space where children can relax, reset, and bring their nervous system back into a state of rest, all while having fun! We operate on a sliding-scale, pay-what’s-right-for-you model, ensuring that well-being support is accessible to all families.

Short Programmes
These programmes are designed to support children’s personal development, helping them gain a deeper understanding of themselves in a fun, creative, and engaging way. Each three-week themed programme focuses on a specific topic, such as understanding stress, managing emotions like anger and anxiety, building confidence and self-esteem, celebrating individuality, and developing positive communication skills. Sessions combine movement, creative arts, and mindfulness, using self-expression as a powerful tool for learning. Through activities like storytelling, art, and guided reflection, children explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop essential life skills in a nurturing, supportive space. These sessions encourage children to think, create, and express themselves freely, helping them feel more confident, self-aware, and connected to their own unique strengths.
