Seasonal Yoga
Seasonal Yoga is designed to help you align more closely with the changing seasons, offering a powerful way to connect with both your body and mind as you move through the year.
This class is perfect for beginners and intermediates, as well as anyone who has always wanted to explore yoga in a supportive and inclusive environment. With gentle techniques and the use of props, Debs will guide you through breathing exercises, postures, and a relaxing end-of-class meditation. Attendees can feel reassured that this is a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone is welcome, no matter their level of experience. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to your body as you explore the many benefits of yoga in a nurturing, stress-free environment.
Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle and nurturing practice designed to support expectant mothers throughout their journey. Focusing on mindful movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, it helps alleviate common discomforts such as back pain and fatigue while fostering a deeper connection with your growing baby. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, this class creates a calm and supportive environment where you can safely stretch, strengthen, and prepare your body for childbirth. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, Pregnancy Yoga promotes physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, encouraging balance and tranquility during this transformative time.

Yoga in Action - Free Programme
Starting on November 9th at 9:45 AM, we will be offering a free 6-week program, running every Saturday. This program is specifically designed to support vulnerable families who might not otherwise have access to these resources. If you are on a low income, we encourage you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.

Baby Yoga
Baby Massage and Baby Yoga are gentle practices that promote bonding, relaxation, and wellbeing for both parent and baby. Baby Massage uses soft strokes to soothe and calm, helping relieve common issues like colic and gas, while also supporting the baby’s sleep and overall development. Baby Yoga incorporates gentle stretches and movements that enhance flexibility and coordination, encouraging motor skills and body awareness. Both practices nurture emotional connection, strengthen the parent-baby relationship, and create a calm, loving space for exploration and growth. These sessions also offer parents techniques to help calm and comfort their babies in everyday life.
