We're thrilled to be collaborating with Debs' Mindful Movement to offer support and guidance to new mothers. Debs, a seasoned health visitor, provides a compassionate and supportive environment for moms to connect, learn, and grow. Her sessions are designed to help new moms navigate the challenges and joys of motherhood with confidence.

Our Pregnancy Yoga classes offer a nurturing space for expectant mothers to connect with their bodies and their babies. Through gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, you'll experience reduced discomfort, improved sleep, and enhanced emotional well-being. Join us and embark on a transformative journey towards a peaceful and empowered birth.
Yoga In Action - Free Programme
Starting on November 9th at 9:45 AM, we will be offering a free 6-week program, running every Saturday. This program is specifically designed to support vulnerable families who might not otherwise have access to these resources. If you are on a low income, we encourage you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.
