ElevateLife: Positive Pathways Programme

Get ready for a revolutionary experience tailored exclusively for young adults aged 19-25, launching in 2024! The Wild Hub is ecstatic to present this incredible opportunity, generously supported by the Cambridgeshire Foundation - Healthy Fenland, making it entirely free for all seeking positive change.

At The Wild Hub, we understand the unique challenges faced by young adults, and we're on a mission to make a lasting impact. Our community-driven project has woven a robust support network through diverse activities—crafts, yoga, meditations, sound baths, toddler groups, and support circles. Now, we're taking our commitment to the next level with a specialised support group dedicated to the mental well-being of young adults.

Navigating the complexities of independence, societal pressures, and daily stress can be overwhelming. That's why The Wild Hub proudly unveils a comprehensive program rooted in positive psychology, creative arts, and mindfulness techniques. We have teamed up with Tracy from Truly Listening to be your partners in building resilience and equipping you with the tools to face life's challenges head-on.

We have put together a transformative programme of 12 sessions. Together, we'll support, learn, and grow, forging genuine connections and fostering lasting friendships. 

Immerse yourself in the core components of positive psychology—self-compassion, strengths identification, cognitive behavior coaching, and mindfulness. We will provides a safe and trusting space for you to explore and apply these concepts to your life. Stay connected between face-to-face sessions through additional support on WhatsApp and Zoom, coupled with resources for independent exploration.

From self-reflection to emotional expression, resilience building to future planning, our program covers it all. Experience the power of self-confidence through hands-on activities like sand play, painting, and various crafts. Uncover mindfulness practices and stress-coping strategies designed to seamlessly integrate into your daily life.

About Tracy from Truly Listening

Tracy Kearns Msc is a dynamic professional weaving the realms of Positive Psychology, Coaching, and Shamanic Healing. Armed with a Master's in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, complemented by dual degrees in Psychology and Childhood Studies, Tracy boasts a rich understanding of human development and behaviour. A dedicated advocate for positive parenting, she tailors age-inclusive coaching sessions to foster self-discovery and resilience. Beyond her academic achievements, Tracy brings a personal touch to her work as a mother of two neurodiverse young people, infusing coaching with insights and empathy. As a skilled Shamanic Practitioner, she integrates ancient wisdom into healing sessions, offering a holistic approach. An avid reader and nature enthusiast, Tracy finds solace in the therapeutic benefits of literature, outdoor activities, and camping. In every facet of her work,Tracy is committed to promoting positive change, personal growth, and holistic well-being, making her a sought-after professional in positive psychology, coaching,

Our goal at The Wild Hub is to support our community in their pursuit of better well-being while fostering a connection with nature. We are delighted to offer a unique programme that will explore the powers of nature and the benefits of plant-based remedies. Through six sessions, we will discover the beauty of the natural world, learn to harness the power of plants for our benefit, and find peace in the stillness of nature.
