Women and ADHD

Women and ADHD is a monthly support group created and led by women with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, designed for women experiencing symptoms commonly associated with ADHD.

We acknowledge the importance of supporting those who may not pursue a diagnosis, as well as those on waiting lists and those already diagnosed. This diverse blend of personal experiences and peer support is what enriches our community.

Each session aims to enhance self-awareness, promote self-compassion, and deepen our understanding of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. We emphasise the significance of human connection by sharing experiences and discovering what strategies work best for each of us.
