Holistic Approach
As a holistic wellness practitioner specialising in creativity and movement, I believe that true growth happens when we engage the whole self. Alongside Sue from Shine Bright—who brings the restorative power of Sound Healing and her extensive background in coaching — we have co-created a series of programmes that offer an alternative to traditional "talking" therapies. While many of our techniques are rooted in recognised CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) tools, we integrate them with Holistic Integrated Creative Art Therapies to reach the places where words often fall short.
Unmask and Be Seen: We provide a space where you can safely set down your "walls" and societal masks.
Deepen the Work: By being our authentic selves, we allow for much deeper self-exploration and healing.
Learn Collectively: We share experiences, support one another, and find strength in the realisation that we are not alone.

Personal Intention - 6 Week Programme
This 6-week journey is designed to support you in exploring a personal focus or intention that matters most to you. Each week, you’ll be introduced to different creative and holistic tools—guided writing, drumming, painting, sound healing, and more—that encourage self-expression, clarity, and emotional release. Rather than following a set outcome, this programme gives you the freedom to work with your own intention at your own pace. We provide the practices, guidance, and safe space; you bring the focus that feels right for your journey. Together, these sessions will help you uncover insights, nurture healing, and transform your reflections into meaningful action—leaving you with a personalised toolkit and a renewed sense of direction for your path ahead.
Boundries - 3 Week Programme
This 3-week journey is designed to support you in exploring the vital role of boundaries and the impact they have on your wellbeing. Each week, you’ll be introduced to different creative and holistic tools—that encourage you to identify where your boundaries "leak" and, crucially, where you might be choosing to give them away. Rather than just learning the theory of "saying no," this programme gives you the space to understand the subconscious reasons why we relinquish our space and how this serves us in the moment. We provide the practices, guidance, and safe environment to help you bridge the gap between recognising a need and the empowered practice of setting and upholding it. Together, these sessions will help you transform your insights into a concrete blueprint for action—leaving you with a personalised toolkit of "in-the-moment" strategies and a renewed sense of peace as you learn to draw the line in a way that honors your path ahead.
