What Is Re-Awaken Your Wild?
Reawaken Your Wild is a creative wellbeing programme at The Wild Hub, designed to help adults reconnect with themselves in a meaningful and creative way. Rooted in Holistic Integrated Creative Art Therapy, it offers a depth of healing that traditional talking therapies often struggle to reach. My journey into this work began when I witnessed firsthand how transformative creative therapies can be—sparking self-discovery, emotional resilience, and growth in ways words alone could not. This realisation, alongside the growing need for alternative approaches to wellbeing, inspired me to explore the power of creativity as a tool for healing. As adults, many of us lose touch with creativity, dismissing it as something reserved for childhood or professional artists. Yet creative expression—whether through painting, movement, writing, or hands-on crafting—provides a profound way to process emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with our authentic selves. Here, the focus is never on the finished product, but on the journey: the act of creating, exploring, and allowing insights to unfold naturally. At The Wild Hub, we hold space with care, compassion, and curiosity. In this safe and supportive environment, you’ll have the freedom to reflect, express, and grow at your own pace—using creativity as a powerful pathway to self-exploration and healing. Throughout the year, we’ll offer a variety of short courses, each exploring different themes in depth. These courses go beyond personal reflection; they also nurture community. As we gather, share experiences, and support one another, the collective journey becomes just as transformative as the individual one—reminding us that we are never alone in what we face. I’m also incredibly excited to be collaborating with Sue from Shine Bright, who brings her expertise in sound healing to our Awaken Your Wild programmes. We’ve created programmes that not only supports you in the moment but also equips you with a personalised wellbeing toolkit—practical techniques and practices you can carry into everyday life.
Personal Intention - 6 Week Programme
This 6-week journey is designed to support you in exploring a personal focus or intention that matters most to you. Each week, you’ll be introduced to different creative and holistic tools—guided writing, drumming, painting, sound healing, and more—that encourage self-expression, clarity, and emotional release. Rather than following a set outcome, this programme gives you the freedom to work with your own intention at your own pace. We provide the practices, guidance, and safe space; you bring the focus that feels right for your journey. Together, these sessions will help you uncover insights, nurture healing, and transform your reflections into meaningful action—leaving you with a personalised toolkit and a renewed sense of direction for your path ahead.
