Embrace Your Wild

Embrace Your Wild is a holistic programme designed to help children connect with themselves, understand their emotions, and develop tools to manage life's ups and downs. It creates a safe and nurturing space where children can relax, express themselves creatively, and build resilience.

Early 2025 - I attended the Understanding Stress workshop with my 7yo son. I found the workshop to be both informative and engaging. The variety of activities used to illustrate key concepts helped connect us to our experiences of stress in a meaningful way.

The setting was absolutely beautiful—calm and relaxing, which added to the overall experience.

What stood out the most was how inclusive and accommodating Viki was. My son has special educational needs, and he often finds workshops like this challenging to access. However, Viki's welcoming and warm nature made a significant difference; my son looked forward to attending each week and was able to engage well.

Overall, I highly recommend this workshop for children looking to understand and manage stress in a supportive environment.

Embrace Your Wild

Helping children move, grow, and thrive — inside and out. From the moment we’re born, movement plays a vital role in how we learn, grow, and connect with the world. In today’s society, many children experience more time in prams, car seats, and highchairs (“container babies”) than in free movement, which can affect their development. Embrace Your Wild is here to change that — giving children space to move freely, explore their creativity, and build lifelong skills for wellbeing. We believe in starting early. By introducing children to simple ways of looking after their mental and emotional health, we give them the tools to understand their feelings, express themselves, and manage emotions — knowing that all feelings are welcome. Through fun, engaging activities, we explore how movement, breath, and creativity can help calm, focus, and energise the mind and body.

What We Offer

Our sessions are designed for families, schools, and youth groups, with a strong foundation in child development, youth work, creative arts, and children’s yoga. We combine this experience with specialist knowledge in areas such as autism awareness, mindfulness, and emotional regulation to create a safe, inclusive space where children can be themselves and thrive. Within Embrace Your Wild, we offer: Movement & Mindfulness Sessions – Creative children’s yoga, breathwork, and body awareness activities to promote self-regulation and confidence. 3-Week Self-Discovery Programmes – Exploring topics like self-esteem, resilience, and healthy relationships through games, discussions, creative arts, and movement. Social Skills & Relationship Building – Learning empathy, teamwork, and communication in fun, supportive ways. Wellbeing & Emotional Awareness – Age-appropriate strategies for recognising and managing big emotions.

How We Work

Every session is interactive, playful, and tailored to the group. Children learn through experience — moving their bodies, expressing through art, and engaging in discussions — so they can truly understand and apply the tools they discover. Whether we’re delivering in a school hall, a community garden, or your youth group space, Embrace Your Wild creates a safe container for exploration, learning, and growth.
