Do I need to tell you about specific needs beforehand?

While our sessions are inclusive by design, we find it very helpful if you mention any specific sensory preferences or support requirements on your registration form. This allows our practitioners to ensure the space is as welcoming as possible for you or your child from the moment you arrive.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, most sessions require pre-booking so we can manage group sizes and prepare enougth resources. You will often need to complete a registration form before your first booking to ensure we can support you or your child effectively.

Tiered Pricing: Our Commitment to Accessibility

We understand that financial situations vary, so where possible, we have created a flexible pricing system. We will state the standard session cost, but when you book, you will see other pricing options. We encourage you to choose the tier that best suits your circumstances. If you're able to pay more, your generosity helps support those who are less fortunate.

What does "Fully Funded" mean?

We work hard to secure funding so we can deliver sessions at no cost to our community. This is a vital part of our ethos — we want our work to be accessible to everyone. We don't need to know your personal circumstances; our priority is simply to reach as many people as we can.

What is a refundable deposit?

At some of our funded workshops and programmes you will notice we ask for a refundable deposit, this is to secure your spce. once you have attended the session we will issue a refund. if you are unable to attend our session cancellation policy will be followed - see below.

What happens if I need to cancel?

As a small CIC, we rely on bookings to keep our sessions running. If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. While we cannot always offer refunds for short-notice cancellations, we may be able to move your booking to a future date.

Our cancellation policy for sessions?

If you cancel more than 72hrs before the event , we will issue a full refund.

If you cancel 48hrs you can transfer to a friend or offer your ticket to someone in the community.

If you cancel within 24hrs or don’t show up and haven’t told me you’re not coming, no refunds or transfers will be offered. If The Wild Hub cancel for any reason, We will offer you a refund or the option to transfer your ticket if you prefer.

Our cancellation policy for retreats?

We understand that plans can change! We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least one month prior to the event date. If you find yourself within the one-month window and are unable to attend, while we cannot offer a refund at that stage, we are happy to transfer your ticket to another person. Simply find a replacement attendee and notify us of the name change so we can update our guest list.

Are your practitioners qualified and safe?

Are your practitioners qualified and safe? Absolutely. Professionalism and safety are our top priorities. All our practitioners are Enhanced DBS checked, fully insured, and safeguarding trained. We are committed to providing a high-quality, secure environment for everyone. Where a practitioner is accredited by a professional association, this will be clearly marked on their profile.

Is The Wild Hub inclusive for neurodivergent individuals?

Absolutely. All our sessions at The Wild Hub are designed to be inclusive of neurodivergency. We operate as a neuro-affirming space, meaning we celebrate different ways of thinking, moving, and communicating.

What is a CIC, and why does it matter?

The Wild Hub is a Community Interest Company (No: 14421901). This means we are a not-for-profit social enterprise. Every penny we generate is reinvested back into our community projects, allowing us to provide free or low-cost well-being support to those who need it most.

Contraindications/Medical Conditions
