Over the last few years, I’ve dedicated my time to running group sessions, supporting community wellbeing. Along the way, I’ve also seen just how needed 1:1 support is — for both adults and children.

As a Creative Arts Facilitator and Acupressure Practitioner, I combine my passion for creativity, movement, and connection. These sessions provide a safe, nurturing space to explore your needs, release what no longer serves you, and make room for growth, joy, and wellbeing.

Through creative coaching, mindful movement, and the gentle healing of acupressure, my aim is to help you or your child reconnect with yourselves, discover your strengths, and feel supported on your journey.

Acupressure is a gentle, holistic therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Using mindful touch and pressure on specific points, it helps release tension, restore balance, and encourage the flow of energy throughout the body.

What to Expect:

  • Sessions are relaxed and nurturing, designed to make you feel safe and supported.

  • You will remain fully clothed while pressure, stretches, and movement are applied.

  • Every session is tailored to your needs, whether you are seeking relief from tension, stress, or simply want to restore balance and wellbeing.
