• Family Mindfulness & Yoga: Gentle, playful movement and breathing exercises designed for all ages. A beautiful way to stretch, laugh, and find a collective sense of calm as a family.

• Nature Grounding: Feel the earth beneath your feet. We will guide you through simple grounding practices that help both adults and little ones connect deeply with the rhythms of nature.

• Orchard Exploration: Adventure through the trees! A chance for children and parents to explore the sights, sounds, and hidden wonders of the orchard together.
