Activities & Clubs
A project designed to help young people connect with themselves, express their creativity, and support their mental well-being. It offers a safe, nurturing space for 11–19 year olds (up to 25 with additional needs) across West Norfolk to relax, learn new skills, and build resilience.

What We Offer

Join us this summer holidays, every Wednesday for 5 weeks from 11:30am – 1:30pm, as we come together to try out new crafts and, in the process, create one beautiful masterpiece together!
Funded by YAB, these free sessions are for young people aged 11–19 (up to 25 with additional needs). This project is truly youth-led, giving attendees the voice to shape and direct the artwork as it grows. Together, we will explore a wonderful mix of mediums.
It is the perfect time for young people to take a pause, take the lead, and get creative in a relaxed, nurturing space that boosts mental well-being.

Thanks to funding from YAB, we are reaching out to local groups to deliver completely free, interactive workshops designed for young people aged 11–19 (up to 25 with additional needs). These sessions explore the fascinating world of the brain and nervous system, offering practical, youth-led tools to understand stress, manage emotions, and support mental well-being.
Whether your group wants to explore how the mind impacts sports performance or simply find creative ways to decompress, we can bring these fully funded workshops directly to you.

We are running our popular Craft Corner through the 2026 school holidays and nature art sessions at the orchard in the summer. Alongside this, we are delivering outreach work directly to local youth groups, exploring how our brains and nervous systems work to help manage stress and emotions. Whether getting creative with crafts, unwinding outdoors, or understanding our minds, these free sessions funded and supported by YAB, are the perfect space to slow down, boost your well-being, and grow healthier mentally.
