Find Your Joy

Life has a way of getting very loud and very serious, doesn't it? If you feel like you’ve been running on autopilot or you’ve misplaced that "spark" somewhere between the laundry and the emails, I’d love for you to join me.

​I’m hosting a Find Your Joy workshop in Wisbech on May 16th. It’s simply a space to let go, be a bit silly, and have a genuine giggle.

​What we’ll do:

​We’ll look at where joy is hiding in your life right now (even the tiny bits!) and make a real plan to bring more of it in.

​Messy doodles, creative prompts, and zero pressure to be perfect.

​Spending time with lovely people who are also ready to feel a little lighter.
