The Programme

Welcome to a new era of self-discovery and resilience! The Wild Hub is beyond excited to introduce a groundbreaking programme tailored exclusively for young adults, aged 19-25, set to launch in 2024. Supported by the generous funding from the Cambridgeshire Foundation - Healthy Fenland, participation is entirely free, making it accessible to all seeking a positive change.

Why The Wild Hub?At The Wild Hub, we understand the unique challenges faced by young adults in Wisbech, and we're here to make a difference. Our community-driven project has successfully woven a tapestry of support through a variety of activities—crafts, yoga, meditations, sound baths, toddler groups, and support circles. Now, we're taking it up a notch with a specialized support group catering to the mental well-being of young adults.

Your Personalised Support Journey Navigating the complexities of independence, societal pressures, and the perpetual stress of daily life can be overwhelming. That's why The Wild Hub is proud to unveil a comprehensive programme rooted in positive psychology, creative arts, and mindfulness techniques. We're not just another program; we're your allies in building resilience and equipping you with the tools to face life's challenges head-on.

What to Expect?Picture this: A closed group of 12 young adults, embarking on a transformative journey over 12 sessions throughout the year. Together, we'll support, learn, and grow, forging genuine connections and fostering lasting friendships. We get it—commitment can be daunting. That's why we're flexible and open to tailoring the frequency to better suit the groups needs.

Connect, Explore, Thrive Engage in the main components of positive psychology—self-compassion, strengths identification, cognitive behavior coaching, and mindfulness. Our closed group setting ensures a safe and trusting space for you to explore and apply these concepts to your life. Additional support through WhatsApp and Zoom, along with resources for independent exploration, will keep you connected between face-to-face sessions.

Dive Deeper Into Self-Discovery From self-reflection to emotional expression, resilience building to future planning, our programme covers it all. Discover the power of self-confidence through hands-on activities like sand play, painting and other crafts. Uncover mindfulness practices and stress-coping strategies designed to seamlessly integrate into your daily life.

Join the Movement! Ready to break free from the ordinary and embrace a life of resilience, positivity, and self-discovery? The Wild Hub is calling out to 12 young adults ready to embark on this transformative journey together.
