11am-12pm Embark on a joyful family adventure as we gather for a blissful yoga session that celebrates unity and well-being. Join us for a harmonious blend of movement, mindfulness, and laughter suitable for all ages. Our experienced instructor will guide you through gentle poses, breathing exercises, and fun activities, fostering connection and relaxation for the whole family. No prior yoga experience necessary—just bring your mats, an open heart, and let's create lasting memories together on this uplifting wellness journey

Join us at the community center every Thursday (except the 3rd Thursday, which will be held on a Tuesday) from 10am to 1pm for a cozy retreat. We've secured the space for three hours each week, inviting everyone to make the most of it.

Enjoy complimentary food and drinks while you relax in our welcoming Winter Lounge. For the little ones, we have a variety of toys to spark their imagination, or they can have a blast creating their own play adventures. Adults can engage in a selection of games we provide, or feel free to bring your favorites from home.

Whether you're seeking a social outing with friends over a cuppa, a chance to bring the kids out of the house, or a quiet moment alone to work, read, or craft, the Winter Lounge is your versatile haven. The space is yours to use as you please—come and make it your own!
