At The Wild Hub, we believe that creativity, movement, and connection aren’t just “nice extras” – they are the building blocks for resilience, confidence, and emotional growth.

Our sessions offer more than just an activity.

Our approach

We tackle important topics – with depth, empathy, and a sense of fun. Sessions are always interactive and inclusive, using creative tools to help young people open up and engage. One of our favourite additions is our Silent Disco Headsets – they create an exciting, immersive environment that captures attention, sparks curiosity, and makes participation feel comfortable for even the most reserved students. Why our approach works Creativity sparks problem-solving, self-expression, and emotional release. Movement helps regulate emotions, improve focus, and build confidence. Drumming & Sound Baths provide calming rhythms and deep relaxation that help young people feel grounded and supported. Connection-building ensures that the benefits last beyond the session – helping to create a positive culture in your school or group. Flexible options We can tailor our offer to fit your objectives and your group’s unique needs: Retreat Days – immersive wellbeing experiences away from the usual environment. Care Homes & Residentials

We offer gentle, inclusive sessions designed to support connection, memory, and wellbeing for residents. Each workshop can be delivered as a one-off visit or as part of a regular programme, tailored to the needs of your residents.

Movement Meditation

Gentle, accessible movement to music helps residents connect with their bodies, release tension, and feel more at ease. These sessions are uplifting, fun, and adaptable for everyone—whether moving freely, seated, or even from bed. Simply listening to the music can bring comfort, spark memories, and support mental wellbeing. Movement and rhythm also create opportunities for communication and connection, helping residents feel more present and engaged. Benefits: improves mobility where possible, boosts mood, reduces stress, supports relaxation, stimulates memory, and encourages self-expression.

Soundbaths & Drumming

Music has the power to connect, uplift, and soothe. In these sessions, residents are invited to explore rhythm and relaxation in ways that suit them best. Drumming circles bring energy, joy, and laughter—encouraging expression, social connection, and a shared sense of fun. In contrast, sound baths offer a deeply calming experience, where residents can simply sit back and be immersed in gentle vibrations that quiet the mind and release tension. Benefits: encourages social bonding, stimulates memory, supports communication, lifts mood, reduces anxiety, promotes deep relaxation, and improves overall wellbeing.

Mindful Art

These sessions invite residents to slow down, tune in, and explore the present moment through creativity. Sometimes we use music with silent disco headsets, other times we draw inspiration from nature—but whatever the resource, the heart of the session is creativity and mindfulness. The process of painting, drawing, or crafting becomes a calming and meaningful way to express emotions, spark imagination, and explore thoughts that may be hard to put into words. Benefits: encourages mindfulness, supports memory recall, enhances communication, reduces stress, and nurtures self-expression.
