What to expect
Our monthly Mindful Art Circle is a dedicated space to step away from the pressure of perfection and connect deeply with yourself and offer peace to a busy mind. This is not about creating a masterpiece; it is about embracing art as a process of self-discovery and a resource for emotional intelligence. You don't need any prior art experience—just a willingness to be present and explore.
Each month, we will explore new, technique (like intuitive painting, bilateral painting, collage, texture work, or simple mark-making). We use these materials and methods as tools to gently bypass the thinking mind and connect directly with your feelings and emotions.
Expect a relaxed, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. The structure includes gentle grounding exercises, an introduction to the month's technique, and plenty of time for silent, reflective creation. We conclude with an optional period of sharing and discussion to integrate the experience.
Join us once a month to use mindful art as your resource for finding genuine calmness, stillness, and peace in your everyday life.
